The Sacramento Public Library is hosting two free workshops to provide useful information for college-bound students. Each program will present the basics of the four types of financial aid, grants, scholarships, work study and loans, plus the details of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
Leading both workshops will be Marilyn Van Loben Sels, a certified college counselor, who has been helping students and their families for more than fifteen years.
