Exhibit Preview Evening for Educators

Join with other art educators (elementary school, middle school, high school, community college and university) for this free evening at the Center for Contemporary Art, Sacramento (CCAS) to find out what they offer that is unique for you, your classroom and your students. CCAS is dedicated to the advancement and appreciation of new and experimental art by international, national, and regional artists. CCAS' celebrated curators will introduce you to the line up of intriguing exhibits for 2012. This preview will provide lead time for CCAS to help you plan a way for your students to benefit from their shows.

Learn more about and discuss CCAS 2012 exhibition calendar presented by the curators, CCAS's ground-breaking Art Connection Project (using video conferencing with your students), classroom tools for teachers and curriculum connections, artist lectures, a new docent program, student volunteer/community service opportunities, and tell us how we can help you introduce your students to contemporary and experimental art.
