Bacon activities abound at Sacramento's inaugural Bacon Fest. From a Kevin Bacon-themed musical tribute to a Bacon Fest Chef's Competition, with many delicious, bacon-filled activities inbetween, you will be sure to leave this three-day event full and satiated.

Bacon Fest Events:
Fri, Jan 20:
-8pm: Kevin Bacon Tribute Night at Luigi's Slice Fun Garden (1050 20th St.), features a special bacon supreme pizza, bacon in beer, and live music from Jem & Scout, Aaron King, the Foxtails John Conley, 50-Watt Heavy, and others performing songs from Kevin Bacon movies.

Sat, Jan 21:
-7:30am till it's gone: Bacon Fest breakfast presented by Magpie Café (1409 R St.)
-4pm-Close: Bacon-in Beers and special bacon bar menu presented by Pangaea Two Brews Café (2743 Franklin Blvd.)

Sun, Jan 22:
-10am: Bacon Fest brunch at The Golden Bear (2326 K St.)
-1pm-5pm: Bacon Fest Chef's Competition at Mulvaney's B&L Pig Next Door (L & 19th St.). Celebrity judges, bacon small plates, beer and wine.
