Spending the greater part of 2011 bouncing between Los Angeles and Nashville, Tyrone was able to take the time to write tirelessly until he knew that he finally had the album he wanted. From sweeping productions to paired down, sparse tunes, Where We Meet carefully navigates a sonic landscape that is powerfully rich yet intimate and honest.
Meet a refreshing change to pop music: England's Joe Brooks. Sure, he could melt the hearts of girls around the world, but this serious musician’s been working away at perfecting his talent for the past six years. Joe first found his love of music at the age of 16. He was a typical teen living in England who enjoyed playing soccer and tennis. After his mom took him to a blues concert, Joe was inspired to learn guitar and create his own music. Joe wrote songs and posted them on MySpace. Lots of artists are hyped and buzzed about online, but not Joe. The secret to HIS success has been his dedication to his music. Joe’s sound covers elements of rock, pop, and blues and reflects his own personal tastes, from John Mayer to Ray Charles.
