    Thurs Til 9: Art Mix: Va Va Vroom Mix

    Art Mix shifts into the fast lane with hot rods and haute couture. Grab a Crocktail as you cruise a classic car show organized by Nathan Smith, curator of the California Automobile Museum, then prepare your applause for a fashion show presented by local stylist Sarah Kreutz and Cast Images. Between cars and clothes, groove to the vinyl stylings of Phono Select Sound System while you get your creative juices flowing with pop-inspired...

    Art Mix shifts into the fast lane with hot rods and haute couture. Grab a Crocktail as you cruise a classic car show organized by Nathan Smith, curator of the California Automobile Museum, then prepare your applause for a fashion show presented by local stylist Sarah Kreutz and Cast Images. Between cars and clothes, groove to the vinyl stylings of Phono Select Sound System while you get your creative juices flowing with pop-inspired art-making. For more pop delights, head into the galleries on a docent-led tour of the Mel Ramos: 50 Years of Superheros, Nudes and Other Pop Delights exhibition.

    Parking:

    The parking available around the Museum is managed by the City of Sacramento. On-street parking meters bordering the Museum and Crocker Park require quarters. A parking lot is available on Second Street and costs $3 per two hours. Parking for visitors with disabilities can be found in the parking lots and at meters located on 2nd Street.
