River Stage Theatre Company

River Stage Theatre Company, on the Cosumnes River College (CRC) campus, has received over a decade and a half of audience and critical acclaim for "powerful," "provocative," "highly entertaining," and "insightful" work in their intimate 140 seat theatre. The Company proudly presents updates of classics, contemporary works, and some of the best American plays of the past fifty years. The Playwright's Festival of New Works, which has included the guest residency of Tony Award-Winner Mark Medoff, has given birth to seven world premieres, and River Stage-developed plays are being produced in theatres around the country.

CRC students work alongside professional artists in all areas of the theatre, enabling them to strive to a level of excellence otherwise unrealized and providing them with an invaluable leg-up in a very competitive field.

Loved the stones and the tricycling "devil"! Most importantly, I felt the profundity, especially in the last 15 minutes; surprising how that can be in a witty-bouncy work like this!
