C.G.N.I.E. (the Court of the Great Northwest Imperial Empire, Inc.) is the parent organization for Sacramento’s Imperial Court, La Kish Hayworth Memorial Scholarship Fund, Fairy Godfathers’ Fund, and the Rainbow Festival. Join those who appreciate diversity and good works, help support those in the community who cannot do so for themselves, and have fun along the way!

    Rainbow Festival MARRS Building Rainbow Festival Presented by C.G.N.I.E. at MARRS Building August 31-September 2, 2012 The core purpose of Rainbow Festival is twofold: To raise money for charities that have significant importance to the Lesbian and Gay Community and to raise public awareness of those charities; to create a celebration of our Pride that is pure fun! Guest artist for the Festival is Jessica Sutta from the Pussycat Dolls. This Festival takes place at 20th & K Streets, outside the MARRS Building.
