Established in 1989, Broadway Sacramento is the region’s largest live performing arts event with over 200,000 tickets sold annually. Presenting national Broadway tours at the Sacramento Community Center Theater, Broadway Sacramento draws theatre-lovers from as far as the Oregon border to western Nevada and the Central Valley.

There’s a reason why the on-stage versions of The Lion King and Beauty and the Beast have been so successful on Broadway and elsewhere — Disney knows how to bring beautiful stories to life, no matter the medium.
Currently staged at the Community Center Theater (presented by California Musical Theatre and Broadway Sacramento) is the national tour of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, which will delight fans of the film and newbies alike. The costumes and talent are suburb, and the humor is suited for adults as well as young children. Collapse
