Big Idea Theatre

Big Idea Theatre strives to establish a company of talented actors and technical crew members to deliver the best performances possible both on stage and back stage. They intend to produce well-written shows by well-known playwrights that are not often produced in this area. Also, they intend to make the theatre-going experience fun and exciting for everyone. Down the road, they plan to produce new works by local playwrights.

      This is a great show - the actresses portraying Blanche and Stella are both fantastic and fully embody their respective characters. By the end of the show, I was heartbroken. In addition, I was very impressed with the production values; the set, costumes and lighting were all of a higher quality than I am used to seeing from small community theaters. This production is a cut above what one typically sees in Sacramento. In fact, I've seen several shows at Big Idea Theatre, and I am continually impressed by what I see. They have some of the best actors in town. Collapse
