Founded by Allen Cole, the Sacramento International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (SIGLFF) began in 1992, based on the student-run gay and lesbian film festival at Fresno State. Organizers joined forces with the students from the Sacramento State University Gay and Lesbian Alliance and the brothers of the Delta Lambda Phi Fraternity and received grant funds from CSUS Associated Students Inc. to use as seed money and...

This place never think of provder a intrepreter for gay/lesbian deaf to feel better to be same as everyone to know what up than left out. Waste $$ on Event with no intrepreter!
