The Sacramento Guitar Society’s Mission is to promote, share and celebrate the art of the guitar and its music by providing education and performance opportunities to people of diverse cultures, ages, abilities, and economic means. The Society operates to raise awareness and celebrate the richness and diversity of the guitar and its music through monthly meetings, concerts and workshops, special presentations, and community outreach and service.

The Sacramento Guitar Society was established to promote and share the art of the classical guitar and related music by providing education and performance opportunities to people of diverse cultures, ages, and abilities. They provide access to: performance opportunities, guitar-related information, sight-reading sessions, concerts (discounted), master classes, mutual support, and good music!

  1. Can you please help me? I've got a 27 year-old electric guitar player here (my son) who cannot seem to find anyone serious enough to form a stable band. The poor guy plays multiple genres from rock to blues to country to jazz and just about anything. He's previously recorded a few of his own songs and even got some air time on a radio + an interview in Australia. Can you please help us find an
