The Sacramento Artists Council (SAC) supports local artists, musicians, photographers, filmmakers, and artisans as well as cultivating and inspiring high school students while partnering with local business for a greater sense of art community throughout the Sacramento Region with an emphasis within Midtown and Downtown areas.
