The cuisine at Dawson's is prepared using the freshest ingredients and unexpected twists on modern American classics. Indulge in dishes like Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Grilled Double Cut Lamb Chops, and Potato Wrapped Alaskan Halibut. Chef Ian Libberton and his team are continually perfecting their techniques so that your dining experience with us is a memorable one. Open daily 5:30pm-10pm.
At Vines Café, enjoy a traditional breakfast and a seasonal lunch menu including dishes like a pear and brie sandwich and locally-grown vegetable “club.” Chefs use only the freshest produce and seasonal ingredients to ensure guests a true taste of the rich diversity of the Northern California region. Fountain side patio dining is also available, weather permitting. Open daily 6am-2pm *Sun brunch served 10am-2pm.
