Comment on Facebook The Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science offers one-of-a-kind educational opportunities that link wine and food science to artistic, culinary, cultural, and historical practices. UC Davis Extension and the UC Cooperative Extension use the institute as a host for its wine and food continuing education courses. Educational components associated with the winery, brewery, and food science laboratory draw thousands of visitors annually to the Robert Mondavi Institute. It is also home to the UC Davis Department of Viticulture & Enology.
One of the defining features of the institute is to its international profile and the opportunity this presents to expand existing international collaborations and identify new partnerships.
