Franklin Community Library is cooperatively managed by the Elk Grove Unified School District and the Sacramento Public Library Authority. The branch serves the students of Franklin High School and Toby Johnson Middle School as well as the general public.

      Daddy & Me Storytime for Preschoolers and Toddlers Franklin Community Library Daddy & Me Storytime for Preschoolers and Toddlers Presented by Sacramento Public Library at Franklin Community Library April 28-May 26, 2012 A special storytime just for dads and their toddlers and preschoolers (sorry moms, you’ll need to sit this one out). Children (ages 18 months to 5 years old) are invited to join for 30 minutes of open play followed by storytime. Fun stories, songs, fingerplays, flannelboards, and crafts will be shared each week.
