Park Terrace Swimming and Tennis Club
Comment on Facebook Park Terrace Swim and Tennis club is a family-oriented facility designed to meet your year-round family recreational goals. Conveniently located in the Land Park south area off interstate 5, Park Terrace provides a wide assortment of programs and services for its membership. Membership is limited to only 325 families and unlike other corporate clubs, each Park Terrace family member owns their fractional share of everything, land, building, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Available for rentals, the clubhouse is designed to accommodate both formal and casual affairs to a 200 person capacity. It has a spacious 1800 square foot banquet area and an adjacent 1200 square foot hardwood dance floor. 175 people can be seated for dining in the banquet area, and the number can expand to 200 by also using a small portion of the dance floor for seating. There is also a full kitchen for you or your caterer to use.
In the kitchen there are multiple sinks, refrigerator and freezer, two microwaves, and three warm up ovens, and a stove for your convenience. There is also a portable bar, ice machine, ice tubs, and a coffee machine for use at no added expense.
