Cuffs is a new and vintage clothing boutique in Midtown Sacramento, carrying men's and women's clothing, accessories, and shoes. Unique finds and one-of-a-kinds by local and regional designers. Each month, new art graces the walls for the 2nd Saturday Art Walk.
