Outdoor Group Stretch with Stretchlab Folsom

A certified Flexologist from StretchLab Folsom will assist and guide you through a series of seated, lying, and/or standing stretches. This is a great way to work on your mobility and range of motion in a fun and innovative group setting, while learning proper stretching techniques.  Class is open for all fitness and flexibility levels. Class will require a yoga mat and a stretch strap.
