Alex Calder

Alex Calder is a Sacramento based artist and a science graphic communication student that in the last year started to specialize in conceptual, emotive, and iconographic social themes photography both through digital and film formats. The images which contain icons, signs, and symbols are part of a collection that would become a book named Signs of Signs. The book will be based in social issues from bully, d.a.d.t., lgbt, lost youth, recession, etc. A percentage of the book sales will benefit a non-profit organization dealing with one of these social issues.
