Desirée Soria-Wilson is a self-taught artist who grew up in Arizona. Having recently graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies- with emphasis in Science, Technology, Health and Society- she moved out to Northern California to pursue her career.
Over the past few years she has been lucky enough to do leisure travel. Among her favorite experiences have been visiting the Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera exhibit at The Heard Museum in Phoenix, the MoMA in New York, and The Dalí Museum in Tampa.
In addition to Frida Kahlo, Desirée’s muses are the likes of Vincent Van Gogh, John Tenniel (think Alice in Wonderland), H.R. Giger, Pablo Picasso, and Rembrandt. Her passion for art and all things curious makes Desirée an inspired individual who views the world through a kaleidoscope lens.
