Marianne Gonzales

Marianne Gonzales is a full-time artist and art instructor living in Sacramento. As the owner of Art by Marianne she provides private and group drawing and painting lessons for both adults and children, design and art projects for private organizations and commission and non-commission art work, and art events. Her primary fine art mediums are oil, acrylic, mixed media, pencil, charcoal and colored pencil. She is the art docent/instructor at Earl Warren Elementary School (K-6) and curator of the Art of Faith gallery and annual art show at Fremont Presbyterian Church.

At Fremont she is also responsible for special decorating and design ideas for special events, holidays and worship services. Her responsibilities also include organizing and leading the teams to carry out those designs. I am a member of the following art organizations; Sacramento Fine Arts Center, Northern California Artists, Crocker Art Museum and Verge Center for the Arts.

Her artwork has been shown at many local, regional and international venues. It is also on display in many private collections. She has a great passion for teaching others and helping them to discover the inner artist.
