Possum Moon plays Dead to create a family-friendly environment to celebrate the timeless music of the Grateful Dead: a blend of Americana.

Formed in 2015, ignited by the flame of the Grateful Dead’s final Fare Thee Well tour, Matt joined with Scott then Cliff to keep the candle burning. The light grew brighter when Tyler joined in 2016 and the current sound was solidified. Ryan took over guitar duties from Matt to make the current lineup.

With Garcia like virtuosity Cliff plays lead guitar and sings. Ryan handles rhythm guitar. The rhythm section consists of Scott providing bass and vocals and Tyler on drums and percussion.
