Crafty Morning
Start your morning at DOCO with the family at this 2nd Saturday Arts and Crafts event. Check out some of Downtown’s unique boutiques before the kids make their own wrapping paper, putting their personal touch to this year’s gift-giving!
Baked Goods
The Kennedy Gallery wants to keep you in the holiday spirit this 2nd Saturday by allowing 20 artists to explore the theme of “baking love into our holidays,” with the exhibit, Confectioner’s Delights. Of course, their no-host bar will be present for this 2nd Saturday, allowing you to really get into the festivities.
Not So Bizarre
Hacker Lab knows it can be hard to find that perfect gift for everyone on your list, so they’re giving you a chance to find artisan gifts that you won’t see anywhere else during their Holiday Bazaar. After working up an appetite shopping, grab a bite on the porch at Revolution Wines. Sacramento’s only urban winery has great wines and a fantastically simple, but well-crafted, dining menu.
Little Things
The works may be small but this exhibition at the Tim Collom Gallery isn’t! Wrap It Up! features over 100 works of art that are under 16” by 16” and are all for sale. It’s the perfect opportunity for one more stop of holiday shopping or the chance to peruse the work of these 20 talented individuals.
Christmas Classic
The classic story of The Nutcracker will end the night courtesy of the Sacramento Ballet. Sugar Plum Fairies, the Mouse King, and more will fill the Memorial Auditorium for the holiday season during this fun showing for the whole family.
