Habitat Restoration Workday

The Cosumnes River Preserve invites you to their Public Restoration Workdays (Saturdays 10/22, 11/5, 11/19, & 12/12). The workdays are a great way to connect with the local environment and are ideal for individuals seeking service learning hours. All Habitat Restoration Workdays meet at the Preserve Barn. All Workdays start by departing the Barn at 9:30am and end by 3:30pm. Volunteers should show up at 9am. You need to wear closed toed shoes, a long-sleeve shirt, long pants, a hat, and work gloves. Bring a lunch, snacks, and a reusable water bottle.
