21st Ave Community Paint Day

The Franklin Neighborhood Development Corporation (FNDC), in partnership with the Sacramento Office of Arts and Culture, has commissioned local artists to create a community-based mural on the 21st Avenue underpass of Highway 99.

Add your brushstrokes alongside local artists, connect with community members, and help paint a collaborative mural on the 21st Ave Underpass. The mural is a paint-by-number design and you’ll be supported by the artists, Jaya King and Uli Smith. Be sure to come out for some fun activities, community resources, and food!

Please note that 21st Ave will be closed for the event between 34th St and Franklin Blvd. Look for street parking on 21st Ave or Franklin Blvd.
