Ars Gratia Artis: Annual Art Raffle

Ars Gratia Artis is an annual fundraiser for Sacramento Fine Arts Center. Every year artists donate their art to the center. The artwork is displayed in the gallery and online for a short time. At the conclusion of the exhibit, they host a reception and drawing. At the Reception they call the names of tickets holders at random in order to determine the order the donors select art. Every ticket holder may choose their piece when their ticket is called.

Ars Gratia Artis is not an art auction or raffle. Every ticket holder is guaranteed one piece of art per ticket.

How to participate:
-Preview the art online.
-Purchase your tickets online or in the Gallery Store.
-Visit the gallery to view the art in person.
-Make a list of your top selections.
-Join in person or online for the Reception.
-Make sure to cross off any pieces on your list that have been selected.
-When your name is drawn, tell the event host what art you have selected.
-Congratulations! You now own an original piece of art.
