Artist Talk: Jamie Madison

Join the Pence Gallery for an artist talk by Jamie Madison. His exhibition "True North" will be on display in the Pence Gallery through October.

Jamie Madison’s mixed media paintings on both wood panel and paper are evocative of our local landscape. A palette of neutrals and geometric shapes are activated by lines, gestures and areas of saturated color, and her work is concerned with the shifting play between color, shape and overall design.
