Whether hot or cold, noodles make a fun and delicious meal anytime of the year! Learn to make popular dishes from multiple countries as Mayumi shows you how to make easy Vietnamese pho; Korean japchae; Japanese pork yakisoba, and chilled buckwheat noodles with shoyu broth. This is a demonstration style class.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be poured for those Ages 21+.
