Basics of Herbal Medicine

Spring brings a multitude of edible and medicinal plants to gardens and the wild spaces around us. Many Spring plants are natural allies that provide much of what we need during this season of renewal. You will discuss ways to use herbs to address seasonal allergies and their underlying causes, healthy ways to do a Spring cleanse, and herbs for collecting, eating, and using medicinally to support overall health and vitality. You will collect plants, make medicine, and sample some of the offerings of the season.
