That means we can get delicious, local and more affordable caviar – it’s not just for the rich and famous any longer!
Caviar is often associated with luxury and being expensive. For that reason, many haven’t tried it. But times are changing as more chefs have discovered the unique, delicious, buttery flavor of Caviar and add it to their menus. Chef Brad Cecchi from Canon describes it as “an umami bomb that’s craveable and keeps you wanting another bit.”
Come and taste what all the hype is about. Tying in with National Caviar Day on Thursday, July 18th, the Celebrate Caviar four-day event will showcase caviar at over 20+ participating restaurants featuring caviar menu items and specials.
