Chaos Art: A Free Family Event

If you are interested in stress reduction, art, and mindfulness, then chaos art might be your thing. Join in for a fun Saturday morning for an introduction to a technique that is designed to help a person turn frustration into peace. And the really good news is that you don’t have to be good at drawing to practice it.

This event is open to adults and to kids 10 and older who are accompanied by an adult.
