Chet Plays Chet: Chet Chwalik Quartet Plays Tribute to Chet Baker

Chet plays Chet, a tribute by the Chet Chwalik Quartet, recognizing one of the most tragic yet talented jazz artist of the 20th century, Chet Baker. An iconic player, with an ability to brilliantly blend a mastery of trumpet and Flugelhorn, with sultry vocals, often depicting heartbreak, love, and hard times. With Joe Gilman on piano, Robb Fisher on bass, Mat Marucci on drums, and Chet Chwalik on trumpet and Flugelhorn.

This is a Sacramento Jazz Coop production. SJC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.

The Dante Club is offering a buffet dinner of Tuscan Chicken, Herb Roasted Red Potatoes, Green Beans, Strawberry Mixed Green Salad, and Dinner Rolls with Sweet Butter. Dinner will be served at 6pm in the Sicilian Room, where you will be seated promptly. Because of the expected number of attendees, dinner will not be served in the showroom. You will be able to select your seats at 6:30pm.
