Ever had an extremely difficult relationship at work that made it difficult for you to thrive there? Most have, yet it’s not always easy to sort through these social problems. They can be complex and challenging!
Drs. Nan Cowardin-Lee and Kris Lea (aka “the Civility Sisters”) bring their expertise to a four-part series called Civility in the Workplace (CiTW). This series is meant to enlighten and educate attendees about incivility, workplace bullying, and retaliation.
Module No. 1 will launch this program with an interactive luncheon session held at the Sacramento Better Business Bureau Office. Attendees of the CiTW Launch will learn about two important models that form a basis for the series, while opening the conversation to your stories and Q&A.
Prior to the event, participants are invited to share their stories of workplace or higher education incivility here.
This promises to be an amazing and engaging presentation that will change the way you view workplace civility and your business. But seats are limited, so be sure to get yourself registered soon to reserve your spot.
