Tanushree is offering a monthly, community yoga class at the YMCA.
Tanushree is a Spatial Data Scientist during her regular work hours. She loves to teach and facilitate mindful and healthy living by sharing her yoga and meditation practice with the community. Her practice integrates traditional Hatha Yoga, Reiki, and Meditation.
Note: No experience is needed. Bring a yoga mat.
