In this slow-paced yoga class, exploring ways to connect the mind, body and heart through gentle movement, mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, and guided meditations. Combining the practices of trauma-informed yoga and yoga philosophy, we will learn tools to calm the nervous system, increase the ability to be present to what arises within us, practice self-compassion and build resilience to life’s adversities.
No prior yoga practice is necessary.
