Disability and Aging Capitol Action Day

Disability and Aging Capitol Action Day will be a day-long event mobilizing California’s aging and disability communities in Sacramento. The day will be filled with opportunities to build community, learn about and share resources, educate policy makers, and elevate the collective power of older adults and people with disabilities.

Visit dozens of booths at the Resource Fair, enjoy prominent leaders speaking at the Educational Rally, march from Cesar Chavez Plaza to south steps of State Capitol, and meet with your local lawmakers.

-10am: Live Music
-10:30am: Educational Rally highlighting key issues facing people with disabilities and older adults
-Noon: Solidarity March to the State Capitol (Cesar Chavez Plaza to South Lawn of State Capitol on N Street)
