New Glory Eatery & Taproom is ready and excited to host its next prix fixe Beer Dinner! Join in for a Fall to Fork Beer Dinner, a private gathering of a limited number of hungry and thirsty guests. You and your fellow beer nerds and foodies will enjoy four delicious courses, each served with 8 ounces of beer chosen to complement each dish.

1st Course:
-Roasted Butternut Squash Soup (Smoked paprika crème fraiche, toasted pepitas)
-Beer pairing

2nd Course:
-Sweet Potato Masa Fritters
-Chili Colorado sauce, cotija cheese, cilantro microgreens
-Beer pairing

3rd Course:
-Confit Chicken (Parsnip polenta, lemon marinated arugula, fresh pomegranate, Mindshaker pomegranate reduction)
-Beer pairing

4th Course:
-Caramel Apple Bombolini (Stuffed with stout poached apples, spiced whipped cream, house beer caramel, fresh mint)
