Fearless Fish

Many home cooks are intimidated by seafood. Mayumi will help to banish your fears in this class, as you learn to choose the freshest seafood and masterfully prepare it. Learn to make poached salmon with hollandaise; Asian-style fish baked in parchment; blackened fish tacos with corn salsa, and filet of sole in beurre blanc sauce.

Mayumi Tavalero will instruct.

This is a demonstration-style class. Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be poured for those Age 21 and over.
