Good Form Running Clinic
Have you ever practiced running? Many of us don't, yet there is so much we can learn from just taking the time to really focus on our posture, cadence, midfoot and lean. Fleet Feet take a look at your form and make recommendations on how to improve your form and efficiency. Many common injuries can be avoided by practicing mindful running and actually paying attention to our bodies.
