Holiday Pie Workshop

Jill will share her prize-winning crust recipe and simple techniques for making a flaky mouthwatering crust every time. In this workshop participants will make a full sized old-fashioned apple pie from scratch for their holiday festivities. Learn to measure, mix, roll, and make a foolproof filling. Then, students will top off their pie with a decorative crust with cutouts and crimping.
