During this class, students will be making Sardinian ravioli with ricotta cheese. A traditional Italian dish which can be made sweet or salty. The group will learn some Bachata and have time to practice before sitting down to eat and mingle. After eating there will be time for a bit more dancing.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Event will be indoors If you’re not vaccinated a mask is recommended during the lesson and while dancing with others. If there is a state mask mandate then the mandate must be followed. All hands must be washed before touching kitchen tools or food. If upon request someone request a mask to dance with them politely respect their wishes. If sneezing, coughing, or feeling symptoms of sickness of any kind you are to not attend the event for the safety of yourself and others.
