Full of gold and demolition debris, this piece elicits a visceral response from patrons as it maps the long term effects of hydraulic mining on the landscape in the Sacramento Valley and the Yuba River.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
This installation is inside a garage with 2 doors open at all times for ventilation. Staff limit the number of patrons inside the space to 4 at a time. The reception itself is outdoors with multiple properly distanced picnic tables and benches to encourage quarantine pods/family groups to sit together for conversation, and to encourage all patrons to remain socially distanced. Masks are required to be worn by everyone on the property regardless of vaccination status. Masks and hand sanitizer are both available for guests. Staff reviews the COVID rules with all guests before they are admitted into the event. Refreshments are not served at this event.
