Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K Walk

The American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is the largest walk to fight breast cancer walk in Sacramento. 100 percent of all funds raised at this event are restricted to breast cancer research and the free programs and services provided by the Society to patients in the Greater Sacramento Area.

This is the 23rd year for this event in Sacramento, hosting between 20,000-25,000 passionate survivors, teams, individuals and sponsors at the West Steps at the California State Capitol. Be sure to return to the capitol after your walk and enjoy the live entertainment of Funk Shui Band.
