Mantra Meditation

Meditation takes various forms to stay focused, calm the senses, and control anxiety. This class gives you an opportunity to learn meditation using singing and repetition of various soul-soothing sounds, using beads, or “mala,” to control senses and direct the mind and energy inwards and find higher purpose in the process of meditating.

Peaceful mellow setting to help focus mind inwards and learn the process of meditation.  Small group setting, opportunity to ask questions and interact on a spiritual level with meditation practitioners.
