Meditation for Children

This class is designed to introduce meditation building blocks to children in a fun and interactive manner. Games, stories, art, and other activities will be used to allow children to experience how meditation skills such as awareness, focus, and breathing can be used to help calm the mind and body. The first class session is for children Ages 6 to 8 and the second class is for youth Ages 8 to 10.
