Mindfulness in Nature Walk and Talk
Mindfulness in nature is a unique way to experience the natural world. It is the art of being outdoors with a contemplative presence. By cultivating this inner quiet and open curious spirit outdoors, we can learn from nature as the ultimate teacher, and deepen both our connection and appreciation of the earth in which we live.
