Mushroom Day

The Koobs Nature Area hosts public open days on the first Saturday of every month, March through October. March’s theme will be Mushrooms. Come out and explore the Koobs Nature Area and hunt for mushrooms, examine different types, and learn about mushrooms through science and crafts activity tables.

This wonderful natural treasure in the heart of Carmichael is run and maintained by the Kiwanis Club of Carmichael.
