My Baby's Awake...Now What?

Join parent, creator, and certified pediatric massage therapist, Jillian Van Ness of Grow Resilient Families, as she supports you with touch, sound, and movement tools to build confidence as you navigate the rollercoaster of early parenting.

Designed to help you and your two-week-old thru pre-crawler navigate “awake time” with ease, together we’ll enjoy infant massage techniques/routines, live therapeutic music, and new songs to sing with baby, GroovaRoo™ babywearing dance, self-care tools, and peer support/weekly reflections. Come out and start building connection, community, and resilience as a family! All caregivers are welcome.

This series is taught by Jillian Van Ness of Grow Resilient Families and registration is handled through the Arden Park Recreation and Park District.

Pandemic Protocols:
• Masks are required for everyone ages two and older
• Social distancing of at least 6’
• Enrollment capped at 12 families
