About the instructors:
David A. Carter is the mastermind behind the powerful “Bug” phenomenon that began in 1988 with the publication of “How Many Bugs in a Box?” Since then, he has created a series of “Bugs” books with combined sales of nearly six million copies. He lives in Auburn, California, with his wife and two daughters.
Emma Moore is the Crocker’s Manager of Studio Experiences and creates innovative Museum programs for children, teens, adults, and families. Her affiliation with the Crocker began 20 years ago. As a lifelong learner, she nurtures her creativity through clay sculpture, drawing, and extreme art viewing. Moore considers teaching a form of art and delights in connecting artists and community. She holds a degree in business and studio art.
