Preservation Sacramento Historic Home Tour

Tickets are now on sale for the 2023 Preservation Sacramento Historic Home Tour, featuring the homes of East Sacramento’s 38th and 40th Streets.

Self-guided tours between 10 am to 4 pm; explore at your own pace.
For the first time, we will offer docent-led neighborhood tours, in addition to the home tour and included in the ticket price. There is no need to sign up for the guided tours in advance.

Step past the lawns, cross the boulevards, and peek inside the grand, stately homes of East Sacramento’s fabulous 38th and 40th Streets.
